To run the sample analysis and follow along with the analyses presented in the video tutorials:

1. Install SaTScan v10.3.3 or later

2. Open the parameter file by launching SaTScan and clicking Open Saved Session or navigating to the File dropdown menu and clicking on Open session file.
	Then select: "...Sample Analysis/Disease_X/SpaceTimePermutation_sample_parameter_file.prm"

3. Change the Case File, Coordinates File, and Main Results File locations to point to where you you saved the Sample Analysis folder.
The Case File and Coordinates File locations are specified on the Input tab, and the Main Results File is on the Output tab.

4. If you specify a cache file in the the Case File Import Wizard (described in the "Advanced Input and Output Features" video tutorial),
the "Disease_X_cache.txt" file in the "Sample Analysis/Disease_X" folder will be overwritten when the analysis is run.
Copy the original "Sample Disease_X_cache.txt" file in the "Sample Analysis/Supporting Files" folder to the "Sample Analysis/Disease_X" folder
and rename as "Disease_X_cache.txt" each time you rerun the analysis so that new events are correctly identified.
